Influencer Wedding Agreement
The parties to this contract are MARRIED by REV ROXY of Birchfield Ministries, LLC. (hereafter may also be referred to as “MBRR”) and the couple whose names shall be affixed below.
Whereas, Vendor will provide mention/reference of MARRIED by REV ROXY service through media, Social Media and use of all video/photo from Pre & Day of Wedding Events in exchange for Celebrity (High Visibility) Wedding Officiant service (value of $1,750) on the date agreed upon by both parties.
By signing below, I the client, agree to the following Terms:
1. Client authorizes a model release to MBRR the ability to use photos of event for future MBRR events, newsletters and or company database for portfolio, advertisement, or features in publications/social media.
2. Client (each bride and groom) will allow MBRR freedom to film for social media and reuse on other outlets. Client will do the traditional "boomerang shimmy" with Rev. Roxy which will be posted as soon as possible on instagram.
3. Clients will provide a 5 star review on the Google reviews of MBRR within 7 days after wedding service is performed. Review must make mention of the venue of ceremony by name. Plus, client is to post one single acknowledging post to their instagram feed and stories ( page with the greatest influence preferably personal page or whichever is most powerful accordingly to Rev. Roxy) with tag on picture and in caption about exceptional experience with @marriedbyrevroxy.
4. Client agrees that in the event REV ROXY of MBRR experiences illness, accident, surgery, death or emergency a fully trained replacement officiant will substitute and continue the duties of the event as MARRIED by REV ROXY and will continue to fulfill contracted services.
5. Client also hereby acknowledges that this agreement is confidential and that it is separate from traditional wedding ceremony agreements. This agreement is not transferable to any other wedding ceremony.
6. MBRR will provide officiant signature for marriage license, assist in gathering witness signatures and mail in to clerks office (post handling).
7.Force Majeure. In no event shall MARRIED by REV ROXY (Birchfield Ministries LLC) be responsible or liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations hereunder arising out of or caused by, directly or indirectly, forces beyond its control, including, without limitation, strikes, work stoppages, accidents, acts of war or terrorism, civil or military disturbances, epidemics, pandemics and quarantines, nuclear or natural catastrophes or acts of God, and interruptions, loss or malfunctions of utilities, communications or computer (software and hardware) services; it being understood that MARRIED by REV ROXY shall use reasonable efforts which are consistent with accepted practices in the industry to resume performance as soon as practicable under the circumstances
